Our Frigidaire oven died and needed replacement. Came in to speak with Jay Mohns (sales) on Tuesday afternoon, returned back Tuesday evening for pickup with my trailer. Jay was super helpful working out a fast deal for me, at a great price, and had my new LG home same evening from the floor. Upon returning home, there was a mixup with the bill. Returned Wednesday morning when they opened, and Jay was able to work it out with his manager Nicole (Nicky?). Super happy with their efforts to work with me and the stove looks great. (Can’t speak to the stoves quality after only one day. ) Overall, really happy with the customer service provided at the Brick in Pembroke. Nicole was wonderful to work with and I’ll definitely be asking for Jay when I need to get a new appliance or something in the future. I was super impressed with his honesty and how he didn’t push me into anything I wasn’t interested in. He was upfront through the whole experience and made me feel appreciated as a customer.

We were searching for a replacement washing machine. The sales rep, Jay, was knowledgeable about the product, able to explain its many features as well as the store's warranty policy. Most important to us; he was NOT high pressure. He let the product sell itself. It was a pleasure dealing with him.

I just Love my local Brick store. I went to The Brick on Boxing Day (busiest day of the year) with one goal in sight, I wanted to purchase a dishwasher and a nice chair to sit at my front window to look outside. I met Patty, (the owner) at the door with a very warm welcome, I told her what I was looking for and she sold me the 2 items in 5 minutes !!! I was blown away !! This girl took me to exactly what I asked for. I am so very happy with my purchase 😊 Thank you Patty for making my stressful molment, not stressful at all. The store was also very clean and shiny. So many beautiful pieces of furniture there. I give Patty a 5 star ⭐️. And the overall appearance of the store is a 5 star ⭐️ also. I will be definitely shopping at this store again 😊

We had an amazing experience while looking for our sectional. Jay was very friendly and informative about what we were looking at. Would definitely recommend going there for all your furniture needs, and ask for Jay, and he will get you all set up

We had a great experience with Jay mohns. We told him that we where just looking around for a couch and would be checking other places also. He said that's fine, he was very knowledgeable of the product and very easy to talk with. After looking around town we had it down to two products . We didn't end up buying the product from Jay because we just found that the other set suited us better. But if and when we need to buy something for the house again I would definitely be speaking with Jay.

Thanks for helping me seamlessly transition into my new home, in helping me order and get the best prices on major appliances. I bought a fridge, electric range, and a washer-dryer combo, and was able to get great deals to save on. Cynthia was a great salesperson and was able to get the job done perfectly!
